This is a tough one. I could find no reference to Jubal B in books or on the Internet.

This is a tough one, everything I find online just has the Jubal B. The movie is a 1956 release date, so maybe the artist is after this date. Movies have inspired names before, because Jubal is not a common one in the Four Corners.
