Kachina on Sandstone by E. Nakai

Grandmother passed away 15 years ago. I just received piece. I remember growing up with piece in home all my life. She grew up in Globe, Arizona. The piece says it was made in Moab, Utah by E. Nakai. Looking for more information.

I have about 25 addition pieces to include belts, medicines belts, baskets, thunderbird necklaces, kidney riding belts, rugs, and lots of other very old Native American artifacts.

Moab is an area rich with petroglyphs. I think of this as a tourist piece. The name Nakai is Navajo, I believe the meaning is Mexican. This is a shopping search on google, petroglyphs - Google Shopping you might look through it and see if you find anything similar.
