Stepdaughter I found a large silver pendant with a piece of turquoise on it. There were animal figures molded into the item. Very interesting ut I have never seen anything like it. It looked Native American but it was so unusual I was suspicious. I then saw this piece online, which is very similar. (I’m attaching a photo.)
Can anyone share information about these seemingly large molded hallow fetish pieces? Also there origins and value? Thanks much folks!

I don’t think of this as Native American, but have nothing to prove my belief. I did google search for Italian and mexican pendant. Found this one Shop Not Available this is a neat one like yours. They didn’t know anything about either.
