Welcome to the forum. LH is most frequently attributed to Les Holden, but I imagine that is because in the reference books that is the only LH listed. Letter hallmarks always present a challenge, especially when they have age like your piece. That bear face is not handmade, purchased in a supply store. Enjoy your pendant, it has a really cool look.
