Hi all, looking to get input on this link belt, marked A and sterling. Family acquired it new in the 90s. Assuming each concho is cast, any other thoughts on the construction? Thanks!

The hallmark looks similar to Annie Chapo.
I found a turquoise/silver belt sttributed to her on Worthpoint.
Maybe check some of her items listed for sale.

thanks for that info, interesting on the belt on worthpoint, “concho belt by Annie Chapo (marked with her double crown in crescent shape and STERLING)”, haven’t seen that as her hallmark anywhere else. At any rate, most of what I see online is a different style, lovely traditional Navajo style with leaves, turquoise and coral, etc

Yes, I just saw a couple of belts and a buckle attributed to her in the style of your belt.
