MCA hallmark

I got these in a lot of jewelry. They are hallmarked MCA, which seems to indicate Museum of Contemporary Art in Chicago. I have seen one other Etsy seller that had similar ones (same hallmark but hoop style) that sold. Do you suppose they are Native or merely Southwest? They might be block instead of real stones but I haven’t tested yet. Do test as sterling.

I don’t know about a mark for the Museum of Contemporary Art in Chicago. I would call these Zuni. I went through artists that do this style of work came up with Carole Allapowa. Couldn’t find her whole hallmark, but it might have an M above the CA, look over on the right side of image.
