Pretty ring.
The leaf design, double shank, and what looks like Cobblestone inlay (pics are somewhat unclear), look Native American in the Navajo style.
I’d like to see a clear hallmark but from the photo it looks like a vintage Kabana ring from the 1980s.

Here is a ring similar to yours dated to the 70s that’s signed by the known Navajo silversmith Silver Ray. More research is needed for silversmith using this type of “G” and this “Sterling” mark.
For the record. Silver Ray was a manufacturing production jewelry shop in Albuquerque. They started out producing mostly cast jewelry in New Mexico, and ended up importing most of their jewelry from Asia.
