I guess made by Navajo ingot silver stamp cuff?! But I couldn’t find this hallmark(N with arrow mark?)information

I bought this in Antique &
Vintage market in Toronto, the seller said probably made by Navajo ,but not many information
Yes, passed the silver test,also there is marked STERLING as well
