Looking for info on Navajo jewelry artist Johnny Frank
I am not familiar with him. Hougart’s book says he is a Navajo silversmith who will use multiple techniques on the same piece, overlay, stamp work, shadowbox.
Some sources have him making jewelry in the 70’s.

Winslow, AZ in the 60’s is the only reference I could find for him.
