I believe this ring is Navajo, but would love confirmation! Hallmark is “AE.” Also, is there any way to confirm the turquoise is real since it is so small?
I would call this style Zuni, not Navajo. It’s always hard to say for sure, since Navajo sometimes work in a style we think of as Zuni and vice versa. But this is needle point style, which Zuni are best known for. It looks like real turquoise to me, although the picture and lighting aren’t the best.

I would agree with OrbitOrange that this is a Zuni ring. We get a number of artists who bring this style in, the image is of a Hugh Bowekaty ring.
Also Janice Paloma, who is known known for this style and using different color turquoise stones. I have two of her rings.
