Hi. I purchased this item on eBay and they claim it is real silver as well as real turquoise- what should I look for? There is also a hallmark- looks like DL?

I will try to send better pics of the dL on the back- but thank you. I love it, just don’t want it to be fake or a cheap. Any idea of age?
Age is always difficult, this one doesn’t appear to be very old, maybe 1990ish.
