Hi, the posted image is I am guessing over-exposed; at least on my monitor the blue (and black?) is a bit ‘washed’ out yet what perhaps you’ve come across in your hunt is an old specimen of Tyrone Turquoise…check out: NATURAL TYRONE TURQUOISE CABOCHON 4 CTS and see if that cab is similar to your stone…just saying…lovely ring!
