That does appear to be a sun type hallmark. I don’t have my books handy but I’m sure someone will. Nice cuff with pretty turquoise. There is an online site Art.Amerindian.com. They are l known to have some mistakes but it’s a good place to check while you wait for people with hallmark books. Hope that helps some.
