Need help identifying artist based on mark

Hello, I recently purchased this pensant and couldn’t identify the name, I post the images in hope that someone may recognize the mark. From what I can make out of, the artist may be Michael Al***. But I could be wrong.

To be honest, I’m not even sure that this is a NA jewelry. I would love to know your thoughts on this piece.
