Need help identifying the mark on this turquoise pendant

I can’t find the maker of this pendant. Any ideas? It’s hard to make out the first letter of the stamp. Maybe an S or C? Could 94 be the date it was made?

Hi, not sure on the number but the c is usually used in shop marks or by shops that have commissioned a piece as it is the copyright symbol. There seems to be some kind of mark before the c but I can’t make it out

It is a copyright mark. I also believe this would be related to some shop.
