Need help identifying this cuff

I purchased this cuff a few years ago in San Antonio. It has 60 stones and stamped Sterling with hallmark SF. Possibly Steve Francisco?

This is a really good looking bracelet. I couldn’t find any marks that match. I know Steve and this is really not what I think of him making.
