I came across this necklace years ago and have searched for the artist tom no avail. Anyone recognize the style or hallmark?

Thanks @Stracci ! Yes, moss agate and cultured pearls. I think of Ayn Rand when I look at the necklace (not associating that with the mark). I think it would be termed a Modernist piece. However, if there was an Industrialist jewelry period I think this would fit in there well.

My initial impression was that it looks like an abstract of the state of South Carolina. Now I see the boot.

it also reminds me of some angular geometric 80s design. those eye-shaped forms are kinda PNW-ish, too. cool piece! i dig it.
that hallmark looks european to me for some reason but you’d expect there to be more if it was english.
