I have an inlay eagle ring that looks similar to Carol Felley Hallmark because it is stamped 85 and what appears to be a C in a circle but the other mark does not look like an “F”. Sorry about the photo quality, I used my maglite app on my phone to get the closest pix that I could.
2nd ring is also an eagle with 2 toned gold leaves on the side. I can’t even begin to tell you what letter or symbol is stamped in there.

I believe you are referencing the copyright mark? This can be found on a number of jewelry pieces. Both of these rings are manufactured and that would be a shop mark, like a Carol Felley mark.
