I just received this Hopi ring that I found on eBay. Priced so low, I couldn’t resist.
It was made by Beauford Dawahoya. It was a bit bent, so I rounded it out and gave it a new polish.

Dang, I bet you find all kind of deals with your dainty fingers. This is an amazing ring and it looks great on you.
@here4turquoise the seller never said what size it was! I just figured it would fit at least one of my fingers, or I would size it myself. This ring turned out to be size 6
I’m so happy it worked out for you. There are so many sellers that don’t list sizes.
@here4turquoise I’ve seen this online. It’s beyond me how a seller can offer a ring without providing its size. No photos shown either with a ring mandrel or the size stated in the description. I’ve also seen cuffs offered for sale with no measurements provided. To me, if you’re selling jewelry items like these to the public, you need to invest in a ring mandrel and a tape measure. Personally, I won’t buy from these sellers.
@Patina Yes, I agree. The seller should always show ring sizes or measurements on anything. A lot of sellers will photograph a piece of jewelry next to a coin, which is terrible, but better than nothing.
I could go on a serious rant about bad photos of jewelry on eBay……
I totally agree! How can you expect to receive top money for a poorly described item.![]()
