This is gorgeous :grinning: I absolutely love it.

Well, congrats on your new gift! It’s a beautiful pendant. I love its unique abstract design. Ruben Saufkie is one of favorite Hopi silversmiths. Sometimes, a piece of jewelry is just meant to be for you. I hope you enjoy wearing it.

I’ve been searching for the right Hopi overlay cuff to join the family for awhile now. My challenge is my 5 3/4" wrist. But last week this one sort of jumped off the Garland’s webpage and into my consciousness. And now onto my wrist! It’s by Anderson Koinva and is everything I imagined. The design, the workmanship and the fit. It rides around happily exactly where I want it. No squirming, rolling, shifting or pinching. No sudden dives to the floor. Just smiles and glows wherever my hand goes. :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

Oh my gosh, that is absolutely gorgeous. Right up my alley. I keep telling myself I’m going to get another Hopi cuff, and then I then I just never do it. Maybe next year - your cuff inspires me

@Ziacat - you’re undoubtedly aware that the proper number of cuffs to own is n+1. Where n = the number of cuffs you own now.

That’s awesome  I thought I had reached the final answer of n, but apparently I still needed the +1 since I just bought another last Saturday…

Seriously though, it’s a beautiful cuff and I’m glad it fits you well.

@Ziacat - Thank you. I hope you’re enjoying your newest cuff (your current ā€œnā€) as much as I’m loving mine.

@Cicadalady
This cuff is divine!
You can never have enough cuffs…

You found an extremely nice Hopi cuff. The classically simple, yet bold wave design is just fabulous, I find it very attractive. Congratulations on finding your size…I have the opposite problem, my overall size is 6.5 - 6.75, a popular size, so it seems everything fits me. Overchoice!!!

My MIL passed away about a month ago. She lived a long, beautiful life. She was 93. I inherited a few more southwestern jewelry items I thought I would exhibit.

Upper left…two Fred Harvey Cuffs…a Zuni bracelet and another all silver FH cuff
pendant By Tom Charley. Feather Pendant by Black Star (shop?) . Zuni pendant by Norman & Virginia Hooee. A sterling Iris pendant by Hector Aguilar. A turquoise and coral pendant signed and the only item not Southwest is some more puffy hearts which I LOVE!! I’m very happy to have received these. Any idea on the type of turquoise. Probably a 1950’s cuff.

Then I had 8 people staying at my house this weekend so I hid the stash and now I can’t find it. Oh Lord…help me.

Lovely jewelry! And how special it was your MIL’s, and I’m so sorry for your loss. Even though she lived a long good life, we still miss our loved ones :weary:

I had an almost identical ring to the little one you have leaning on the iris pendant, but I lost it years ago.

So sorry about MIL.
All these pieces are nice! I adore the iris.

My condolences to you on loss of your MIL. While I like these NA pieces, it’s the sterling puffy heart bracelet that caught my eye. It looks chock-full of charms.

Thank you all for the condolences! I appreciate it. @Zia…I like the ring too but it doesn’t fit over my big knuckles. @Stracci i like the Iris…many Taxco artists make this but I love that it is signed by HA. @Patina …yes…I know you love these cute puffy hearts, as do I. I love the history in all these hearts.
