My mom was a huge NA jewelry collector, and we found this among her things. It’s so clear blue! Is this even turquoise? Any insight as to where it might be from, or value? We are keeping it, regardless

It appears to be somewhat translucent.
Turquoise, from my experience is opaque.
Did you try to see photos of similar rocks online?

It’s definitely opaque. Might have looked like that in the morning light.

I have some denim lapis, and this is definitely more towards turquoise color.
My mom wouldn’t ever buy lapis.
This came from either Serendipity in Estes Park, or Eagle Plume’s in Allenspark CO. Serendipity is no longer, and she would have bought it before Ann & Dayton passed away.
