Inherited this naja/squash like necklace from my dad. No hallmarks. Very old and bought from a reputable dealer in San Diego 50 years ago. Anyone ever seen anything like it? Not sure what the 12 stations are supposed to represent but they aren’t squash blossoms … does this type of necklace have a specific name ?

Wow, that is a massive piece! I’d love to see some additional pictures of the beads, and the reverse side. This is certainly a squash blossom style with the Naja and inset tabs along the beads; but as you likely know, there are no actual squash blossoms represented. I’ve seen quite a few of these “Naja necklaces,” but yours is unique and appears well made. I’ve not seen this specific style before.
Hopefully after some additional pictures, others on this site might have some additional information.

Welcome to the forum. Great necklace! I agree with @Bmpdvm that it would be nice to see more pictures. Is there a hallmark of any kind?
From what I can see it looks like pretty turquoise, possibly handmade beads and nicely made. Please post more pictures. Thanks
