They sure look like they could be eagle talons. A pin test would tell for sure if they are natural. If they are from a native US bird and you do not have sufficient US tribal blood to own them, I recommend you donate the piece to a museum QUICK. The USFWS fines are brutal to possess or sell such items.

The photos are plenty clear. The issue here is the uncertain legality of the item itself. Our members tend to wisely avoid advising about, or assisting with items that potentially come with a prison term attached.
