I acquired this piece for a thrift store. Stamped Italy and 925. Can’t find any pics of this item online. Could it possibly be a one of a kind? Give me your thoughts.

Hi, it’s possible this is silver gilt, (gold plate over silver) and the way the turquoise appears in small blocks it bears the hallmarks of brick or resin block. It’s tricky to tell from your image as it’s a little soft focus when you zoom in. LG

Nice little Italian made necklace but definitely not Native American.

The chain may be Italian and sterling but the pendant is likely made in Thailand (the TH in the hallmark) and is not marked for its silver content and could be base metal. The stone appears to be simulated turquoise. A turtle!
