Oh good grief! I had not even thought about putting it on beads! Thank you so much for suggesting that and the bale is definitely large enough! I have turquoise, old tort heishi, old ivory/tort/turq heishi and others. So I will experiment this week and post photos for opinions. I tried some of my heavier liquid silver strands with it, but the pendant weighs a ton. While it looked good, I was nervous about the strands stretching.

Be very careful especially with the tortoise. I was thinking about silver beads more than heishi type beads. They are usually better at handling a heavy pendant.
