Perplexing Native American Theme Pendant & Unidentified Markings

I am new on this site and hoping that someone can help identify who made this piece. Large heavy metal (pewter?) pendant necklace with Native American girl, water sign, etc - and the back has some interesting markings that are worn and hard to read. Is this Native American made or not?? If so, do you know who made this? Help would be appreciated. Many thanks! Beth

Hello, I don’t believe this would be from any Native American tribe from the Four Corners area. Just not the style of pendant you find here, and that style of hair is not right. Thanks for sharing and good luck.
