With many items that raise questions about artists or origins, have you considered getting reference books on Native American jewelry hallmarks and styles? I recommend it. It’s not expensive to pick up secondhand volumes, and some libraries will bring things in for you on request. We obviously aren’t there on hand to see your things in person, but you yourself can study with some effectiveness, if you choose to make it a priority.
