I got these set from my partner as a gift from Peru. He mentioned that it is Peruvian Turquoise. What is the difference between Peruvian Turquoise with the rest of the other Turquoise gemstone?
It is just describing the origin, it comes from Peru. I have attached a wikipedia article about turquoise Turquoise - Wikipedia. I am not sure what 950 means, sterling is .925 percent pure silver.

950 is the silver purity. It’s slightly higher that sterling. Enjoy!
