Please Help to Identify Ring's Maker

I was hoping that someone might have some thoughts as to the maker of this ring. I would like to learn more about it. Is it Navajo? The body of the piece is silver (although it is not stamped sterling) and the 2 leaves are gold or gold colored. The stamp inside appears to be LC or LC inside a larger D? My father purchased it in Maryland in 1976 or 1977. The people that sold it to him from a kiosk in the mall, said that they purchased their wares in Arizona.
Thank you in advance for your help!

Hello Konrad,

It is a guess. The style of the ring is definitely 70s, I imagine it was purchased by your father in new condition. I came across the three LCs that are referred to in this link, the Chavez is referred to as a Santo Domingo artist, so likely not him. The Lee Chee is said to specialize in concho belts, but Navajo, so maybe. We buy from Lee Charley that uses the same style LC hallmark, it is not him but tells you it could be a number of silversmiths.

thank you for sharing, Jason

Thanks Jason.
I appreciate you taking the time to answer my question. I have always really liked it and I hoped to maybe find / see more examples of the silversmith’s work.
I appreciate the link too.
