Anyone recognize the signature? It is an A over MB and that over Sterling…I am pretty sure this is malachite, but wondering who that signature might belong to…Thanks for your help!

I see other items for sale in lapis and black onyx with the same hallmarks but no attribution. I could not find a maker in my references.
