Hi everyone! We have been very busy these past 5 months downsizing from our large mountain home outside of Fresno to our much more manageable home in Pismo Beach, with no snow to shovel in the winter! We were there for 30 years and while we will miss it, we are ready to enjoy life without the responsibility of the larger home! I look forward to catching up and reconnecting!

Cool! We are on the coast thinking about moving to Coarsegold or Oakhurst area, do you know them? I heard fire insurance was pretty bad. Any recommendations? Thanks!
