I have a ring that I have always thought was Navajo, I could be wrong. Large single whole stone (turquoise) in siver with a two ball knot at the top of the rope oval. I don;t have a picture but can take one.
The ring has pulled away from the silver back, I would love to have it repaired. I took it to one guy and he said there was nothing he could do with it. There is some sort of filler he said behind the plate and it it actually exposed (I think the silver may be too thin at the point to repair it. The ring would be too small as I have had since I turned 18 and I am 55 now. Any suggestions?
