Hi folks, I need help ID ing this reversible cuff bracelet. Hallmark is JY, the right side of the Y is 2 lines. Also has an angel on both sides not sure if the artist put them on. Unusual cuff only one I’ve ever seen. Thanks for any help or opinions

That’s the mark of Gilbert Ortega Enterprises. No idea on the JY. Looks like they are on Etsy so you could contact them.
