Thought these rough rocks might be helpful for others to ID Royston Turquoise.
Royston has a variety of colors and patterns. The host rock is often included in the finished cabochons used for jewelry. I find it tough to determine if the cabochons/jewelry is vintage or modern, based on the cabochon alone, as what is available has not changed much over the years. Best way to determine age is via hallmarks, wear, or sometimes style.
