Searching for some education on this ring of anybody can help it would be much appreciated,

Got this in grandparents passing. Had been around for over 37 years, Hallmark\makers mark when magnified clearly shows a capitol T on top of smaller capital J. Has anybody seen this?. I was told the markings get scarier the shorter the run of product, I know that this wasn’t mined for very long it for very much of it. Idk but what my grandfather told me. Any facts of literature you can recommend would be appreciated. Is also stone I believe cause it isn’t very soft like epoxy or resin is. Can this be bisbee turquoise like my grandfather told me for years.i never understood what he was even saying to all this.

any marks at all?
any pictures of the back?

“Stone” looks like fragments of blue material in black epoxy. Machine cast shank.

Looks a bit like dyed white coral slices.

I thought so too but it’s hard. There is metal so through.i was told I’d natural stone that’s polished

What do you mean by white corral slices? Do you have references I can look at. Or should I Google white corral slices?

the stamp on your ring looks like only a partial is left.

could be a “T”

could be a “H”

It is not natural stone of any kind, as in, it did not come out of the ground like this. It is not Bisbee. It’s a composited cab.

Resin-mixed “stones” can include chips of real turquoise, powdered turquoise, or other materials dyed to look like turquoise ( which this doesn’t, actually, on my screen). But in any case the material is the result of a commercial process.
