I found this silver necklace at a thrift store- I love it, but from my own research I haven’t been able to tell if it is genuine or not. Can anyone here tell? And if so what is the meaning behind turtles, fish, and birds? I also found a brass (I think) necklace with a bird on it that looks like a fetish. It has a hook closure. Thank you!!!
Welcome to the forum. Liquid silver is not going to be handmade. Same goes for the small silver birds and fish, those will be cast pieces. It is a real necklace and looks great, but it is not something that is handmade. Thanks for sharing.
