Some Hallmark Help!

Hi all, and Happy New Year!

I currently don’t have any of my reference books, and would greatly appreciate some help identifying some hallmarks.

The first is this “spoon frog” pendant. Am I correct in saying that hallmark here would be indicative of the silversmith, and not the carver of the turquoise? I was unable to find this style of carved frog with this particular hallmark anywhere else.

The second is this little Navajo pendant. I feel like I’ve seen this mark before, but could find nothing similar online.

Thank you all for your help!

I thought the last one was a conjoined J and E but I possibly found it in Hougart’s book as a conjoined capital I and E and belonging to Isabel Eddie (Navajo). I haven’t found anything on the first one yet.

Wow, I actually never even saw the letters in the hallmark, @AC! It looked like a pictomark to me, like a paw print of sorts. Thank you for looking that up for me, I really appreciate it.

It’s the least I could do for all the help you give. :apple:

I’m seeing the first one as back to back F’s but haven’t found anything.

Could also be a double T?
