I bought this squash blossom necklace at one of my local pawn shops. The dealer pointed out that he said was a hallmark on the naja. I thought this was an unusual place for an artist to sign their work and wonder if it’s merely meant as a decorative mark. It has no other signatures or hallmarks on it.
I believe this is a decorative stamp. Your instincts were right in telling you that it is an unusual place for a hallmark.
I agree with Bigbree 43. The piece seems to have some age and a great looking Royston Turquoise rock.
Care to venture a guess as to the age? When I first got it I thought that it might be 1960 - 1970s, now I’m not sure.
