Sterling Cuff & Thunderbird Pin

Just curious if you think this sterling silver cuff is Native American? It is unmarked. The cuff is made of a channel frame and inside is a spirally coiled piece. If it is NA what tribe would do this work?
Next could anyone date the thunderbird pin? Also unmarked but the C clasp may date it older.

The pieces look Navajo, we get bracelets like those from two different artists, Phillip Yazzie and Verna Tahe. However, I am sure others make them. It would be hard to determine the age of the pin, but the style of the catch definitely appears be an older style.
