I was looking at it thinking how could that have been a cuff, and then all of a sudden the light went on. It was one of his carinated cuffs that was too small! That is cool what he did with it; I appreciate it even more now.

It’s funny, so is the figure skating world! At the first really serious competition I took a skater to, I looked over and saw Carol Heiss Jenkins right next to me, a 4 time world champion and Olympic gold medalist. And even though now my skaters are much lower level skaters (so much less stressful
), I still run into coaches of her caliber, and they are all so gracious.
Damn. I got busy yesterday and forgot to set my alarm. I missed this. Looked easy to repair and would be worth $800 or more. Maybe someone on the forum got lucky? Sold as scrap…sold for $240!
I have done that in the past as well. It can be infuriating. Especially if it goes lower that what you were willing to pay.
