I have a feeling someone messed with this ring.
It’s gold with one type of turquoise on the sides, but the middle stone is different & set in silver.
To me, it looks like a ladies watch was replaced!?

I found a hallmark that matched in Wright’s book. He attributes the hallmark to Myra Nastacio. However, that is a Zuni name and the ring is more of a Navajo style. Research that name and see what you come up with. The watch ring has definitely been modified. The center stone has replaced the watch. I would get this metal checked, this is usually done in a yellow brass. Thanks for sharing.
