The one I didn’t buy

I came across this cuff about 8 months ago, liked it bought it. When I got home the only research name that came up wasn’t something I had expected so returned to the shop and got a refund.
It was scratch signed on the verso “horse”, the only person at that time I could find was Micheal Horse
Photos to follow… my question is was this cuff by Micheal Horse and is he considered a NA maker

Not sure if it’s by him or someone else… it’s story: I was offered it at £175 gbp passed it was bought at that price, later sold for £330 gbp and I came across it 6 weeks later another vendor had it for sale at £450 gbp !

I can’t figure it out. The link implies he is, but Wikipedia says he hasn’t applied to any tribe, and lists his parents as being European. Curious. I knew I recognized him, and then saw he is an actor.

I couldn’t find anything about his jewelry or hallmark.

@Ziacat Thank you for your post. As I understand it he was formally invited to join any group that he could prove direct lineage with, which he declined to do so. That’s what I found out when I looked on the web 8 months ago: hence why I returned the cuff.
I also have had no luck finding details about any hallmark he may use. It’s intriguing so opened this topic up incase anything else was known about him and his jewlery.
The link you sent to the gallery is interesting thank you.
