Not sure who made this ring. Hallmarked DC but does not look like Chatter or Cadman stylistically. Also wondering if this stone is turquoise or something else like Hubbell glass. Thoughts?

Would be very surprised if the stone were Turquoise. Looking at the photo, maybe-ish, sort of, but likely not. Upper RH corner looks slightly buffing burned. Border is round wire formed in loops . (around a coat hanger, maybe?),wrapped around the bezel, soldered on, and then flattened right to left.
Impression: Attractive, clever, not Native American, fake or heavily treated turquoise, production piece.Heat damaged “stone”. Genuine silver. Possibly Mexican/Taxco.
Thanks. Had multiple people verify its turquoise. Also thinking if it were Mexican, it would have appropriate hallmarks.
Honestly, hard to tell from the photo. Turquoise has a physical texture I’m just not seeing, perhaps because the photo is a little blurred. A clearer shot would be helpful.
