Tom “T. E.” Scarborough Watercolor

Hi all. Not sure if it is ok to post this as there is no turquoise or jewelry, if not, I will delete it.
We found this original watercolor in Ellsworth Maine. Has anyone heard of Tom or T. E. Scarborough of Trinidad CO?

There were two but the other had some damage.

The signature is not the same on these two and that is concerning. The piece we didn’t buy has
the signature I have found on other websites. Also, I have not seen anything with reference to God or verses. I am not art smart. :wink:
What do you all think?

You can reach out and ask the artist - most likely a gallery that carries his stuff can probably contact him for you.

Tom Scarborough has a talent for capturing the big sky of the western landscape that makes you feel that you are there. We are proud to have presented Tom’s work here in the gallery for over 20 years.

Thank you forum friends @Steve and @RedlandMaggie for another great lead! I contacted Native American Trading Company.
Unfortunately, Tom passed away a few years ago but Jack Lima said he was one of their best artists and friend. The piece we bought was an early one.
Tom not only painted but made his own regalia to attend to Rendezvous and powwows dressed in Indian gear.
Thanks again for another adventure.
