Hi all, I have a question about this T. Singer hallmark, At first I thought the cresent was the moon but after looking at other Singer marks with the cresent moon, this one looks more like a letter C.

Or is a version of the cresent moon?

The bolo was purchased in the mid-70s, is there any additional information on when this mark was used?
