I have a watch bracelet with a box clasp, chunks of turquoise signed by “B”. I would like to know the age of the piece, area the turquoise is from, and history of the silversmiths. Thank you.
Easier said than done on the Silversmith. Single letter marks are always difficult to identify, unless the piece is notable. Not that your piece is any less valuable, but I have found that these watch bands are somewhat out of fashion, and thus not much interest in most forums. As far as the Turquoise, I would venture that this is Sleeping Beauty Turquoise(google it for more)… The box clasp is something that stands out to me. Most of these are on flexi bands. Maybe one of the pro’s could weigh in on it.
