Trying to identify stone's and marks

Hello,
I am needing some help identifying a couple of pieces that I have. What this is, I don’t think it is a bolo, markings on the back say handmade, with some sort of flower design, and on the other simply states sterling, I haven’t a clue to what kind of stone this either, If anyone can help I would be so grateful : )

Hello,

I believe these stones to be an agate. Also, the piece has some age, circa 1960s? Most likely is the remains of a bolo, the bolo piece has broken off and you have the two tips. Thoughts on that?
