Turquoise and heishi necklace

Bought this because it was different. Have no idea whether it’s Native American or not and would be interested to know. It looks to me like raw turquoise and there are two pieces that appear to have been glued on to the existing turquoise.
The necklace is about 19” long and weighs 40 grams. It’s strung on plastic coated wire.

Could you add a picture of the clasp please @Islandmomma Also, I think the “glue” might be stabilizing solution!
