@ TAH With one of my favorite male singers ~ John Denver. I think Denver is wearing a turquoise heishe necklace. Or, am i imagining that?

Good observation, @Patina! I missed it. A few years ago, I posted John Denver wearing that same necklace. I remember it took longer than expected to find a photo of him wearing NA jewelry. Since then, there have been more photos of him wearing different pieces. He is certainly one of the best singer/song writers of our time and Manilow is up there with him.

I don’t know what these NA actors’ names are, but according to Harold Ramis, who co-directed this movie ( National Lampoon’s Vacation , 1983), they used local Navajos from the reservation around Monument Valley in the Arizona scenes. Bet these two are wearing their own beautiful jewelry!
