Turquoise heishi necklace

I just received this. It’s 35" long and clasp tested as silver.

The beads are each almost 1" long. They have great color and look like Sleeping Beauty to me.

Any thoughts?

It is difficult to say. This is a strand on sale on Etsy, yours has a different look. https://www.etsy.com/listing/923606266/sleeping-beauty-turquoise-beads-large?gpla=1&gao=1&&utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=shopping_us_ps-a-craft_supplies_and_tools-beads_gems_and_cabochons-beads&utm_custom1=k_CjwKCAjwgOGCBhAlEiwA7FUXkrVAIv5NE2rNxwRJgMy0t6l2YcRmOVrHrhkaaoAIrLgnNpR8_aJ6sRoCBsQQAvD_BwE_k&utm_content=go_1844177513_68645468774_346363546929_pla-295472670387_c__923606266_112194585&utm_custom2=1844177513&gclid=CjwKCAjwgOGCBhAlEiwA7FUXkrVAIv5NE2rNxwRJgMy0t6l2YcRmOVrHrhkaaoAIrLgnNpR8_aJ6sRoCBsQQAvD_BwE Sleeping Beauty can get a premium, how much did you pay for this? Your heishe suggest it might not be expensive material.

I didn’t pay much, just $50. But I’ve purchased verified Sleeping Beauty turquoise nugget beads before and it looks exactly the same. I always look for the tan areas - that would be the host rock, granite. Plus, it seems to me that if they were dyed, that tan area would appear blue too.

Thanks for taking a look!

You might see if you can contact Silver Dust here in Gallup. She sells a lot of turquoise strands and this looks newer they might know the mine.
